This Privacy Policy explains how Sentinel Performance Innovation dba SprayRack ("SprayRack," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the website sprayrack.com and the Rain Maker product line, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website, contact us, purchase our products, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Services").
We are a business-to-business (B2B) company that designs and sells water and air infiltration testing equipment and related training and accessories. Most of our customers are businesses and the individuals who represent them. References to "you" include those individuals.
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. We collect information you give us directly, such as when you place an order, create an account, request a quote, sign up for communications, or contact us. This may include:

Payment information. Our online store is hosted on Shopify, and payment card and billing details are collected and processed by Shopify and its payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information, including:
Device and browser type, operating system, and language settings
IP address and general (city/region level) location inferred from it
Pages viewed, links clicked, referring/exit pages, and time spent on pages
Information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6)
Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from our service providers (such as our e-commerce, shipping, and analytics providers) and, in a B2B context, from publicly available business sources.

3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information with third parties for those parties' own marketing or promotional purposes.

With vendors who perform services on our behalf — for example, e-commerce and website hosting, payment processing, order fulfillment and shipping, communications and SMS delivery, email, customer support, and analytics. Mobile and SMS data — special protection. No mobile information (including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The categories of sharing described above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties except subcontractors or service providers (such as our SMS platform provider) acting on our behalf and only as needed to operate the messaging program.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may exchange text (SMS) messages with you for customer service purposes only. The following terms apply.
Consent and opt-in. We send SMS messages only to individuals who have expressly asked us to text them, or who have agreed to receive a text from us, during a phone call, email exchange, or other direct conversation with our team — for example, when you ask us to send or receive a text message so you can show us a photo of the part or product you need, or so we can help identify it. Providing your mobile number is optional, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Types of messages. Once you opt in, you may receive text messages from our team in connection with your customer service request or inquiry — for example, replies to your questions and messages that help us identify the product or part you need. We do not send order confirmations, shipping updates, marketing, or promotional messages by text.
Message frequency. We send texts only as needed to respond to or assist with your customer service request, so message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. We do not charge for the messages, but your carrier may.
Opting out. You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we will send a one-time confirmation message and will stop sending you SMS messages. You may also contact us at info@sprayrack.com to opt out.

Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy of SMS data. As stated in Section 3, your mobile number and SMS opt-in data are not shared with any third party for marketing purposes, and your opt-in consent data is not transferred to third-party marketers.
