Setup Configurator
Calculate the total water pressure required and total flow rate for your spray test setup. Use the results to verify your site water supply will support the test — and to size a booster pump if needed.
1 Hose & Elevation
Enter the hose diameter, the total hose length from your water source to the test setup, and the vertical height the water has to be lifted (e.g., test surface elevation above the spigot).
2 Equipment
Enter the quantity of each piece of Sentinel equipment in your setup. Click the equipment name to view product details and purchase on our website.

4 Site Water & Booster Pump
Enter the water pressure available at your job site (typical residential is 40–60 psi; many commercial sites are 60–80 psi). If your site water is lower than the Total Pressure Required above, choose a booster pump to see if it provides enough boost.
Need help with your setup?
Our team can help you select the right equipment, size a booster pump, or design a custom configuration for your project.
Calculations are estimates based on typical operating conditions and published equipment specifications. Actual site conditions (water temperature, hose age, fittings, elevation profile) may affect results. For critical applications, contact Sentinel Performance Innovation to verify your setup.
